The pattern that I used was inspired by a quilt that I saw on Red Pepper quilts blog. It was so sweet and simple that I just had to show my flattery and copy it. If you want to make your own cut 2.5 inch strips to about 9 inches and arrange in a manner pleasing to you. Join them up, trim them down and quilt them.

Happy Day Baby Quilt
One of my local quilt stores bought in a new line of fabric that just screamed summer days and bright flowers. Of course I had to get some. I knew right away that I wanted to make a baby quilt using this material and added a few others in for good measure.
