Wow! Where did the time go? The last I wrote it was April, can you believe it. Since then I have been in a parade where the Navy was awarded Freedom of the City, then away to Ontario. Ottawa to be exact. It was hot and sticky there with bad food to add to the mix. The only saving grace were nightly walks along the canal and some really nice colleagues.
Once home I hit the ground running, not only trying to catch up on sleep but also catching up on being away for month. Good thing for the DH who brought the sewing machine up so I could finish my fathers days present in time to mail it off home. Now on to some scrapping time... I hope.
