Or should I say Iron Woman! This is my unit Commanding Officer competing in the Army Iron Man competition at Garrison Petawawa.
For two days contestants have been completing the course. They walk for many Km, carry a canoe for a few km and then paddle in the Ottawa River and then walk some more. The last 6 km is mostly uphill then a flat stretch to the finish line.
It s quite an accomplishment for all those that competed.
