Another baking post today. I found a recipes for White Russian cupcakes on Pinterest, I believe and marked it as something to try when I was home.
I found the recipe at Phenomenal Foods. The recipe went together very easily, the batter is a thicker one which I find makes it easier to fill the cupcake liners. The batter tastes good raw too! LOL.
While the cupcakes taste good, they are a bit denser and dryer than I had hoped. I think if I was to make these I would use a different batter recipe but still brush the cupcakes with kaluha while cooling. The icing is awesome, very tasty and compliments the cupcake.
