Christmas Day

Our Christmas Day started early, with the dog waking us up wanting out at 3 in the morning. Poor Craig, he staggered out of bed to let her out only to have her stay outside long enough that he did not find it easy to get back to bed.

We opened gifts in front of the tree and then began preparations for Christmas supper. The menu is turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, with cranberry pineapple jelly, green beans.  We splurged a bit and got two slices of cheesecake with cranberries and white chocolate.  And the beverage for the day is called, The Grinch.   Fitting don't you think?
